This policy explains how Sitelune ("I", "me") handles the personal data you share through this website, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What I collect

When you use the contact form, I receive:

• Your name
• Your email address or WhatsApp number
• The type of website you need and any project details you write

If you contact me on WhatsApp or by email, I receive your number or email address and the messages you send.

How I use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if we work together, deliver your project. I don't use your details for marketing without your permission, and I never sell or rent them to anyone.

Services that handle your data

• EmailJS delivers contact form messages to my inbox.
• WhatsApp (Meta) handles chats you start on WhatsApp.
• Netlify hosts this website and may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the project and for legal or accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you at any time. Just reach me through the contact form or WhatsApp on the home page.
